1. Donation Refund Policy

Donations made to Classiq Educational Foundation are generally nonrefundable.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as an incorrect transaction or duplicate payment.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1015 business days.

2. Event or Program Fees

Fees paid for specific events, programs, or workshops may be refundable based on the cancellation policy mentioned in the event details.
If an event is canceled by Classiq Educational Foundation, a full refund will be issued.
In case of withdrawal from an event by the participant, refunds will be processed as per the terms specified at the time of registration.
